• Do you offer Sibling discount? Yes we offer an attractive 20% discount for additional siblings
• Do you take childcare vouchers?  Yes we are happy to accept vouchers. Please let us know which voucher scheme you will be using 
• Do you provide wrap around care for nursery children?  Sadly we are unable to offer this service at present, it is just after school, breakfast and holiday club.
• Do you collect from all Letchworth Schools?  generally yes we can, but depends on availability with our transport. We only collect from Letchworth schools, no surrounding areas.
• Is there a waiting list? we have had a waiting list for a few years now as the club is very popular. 
• What are the prices?   Look under our sessions and fees for our current prices 
• How much notice do i need to give if i want to leave Funzone? We require four working weeks notice. 
• Do i still pay if my child doesn't attend for any reason?  Yes fees are still applicable as we keep the place for your child, and our costs remain the same if your child is not attending the club. 
• Are there any hidden charges?   No,  what you see is the price you pay.  there is a registration fee per family, but the session fee includes collecting, snacks and activities.
